What is your job on this show?
Designer & Stage Manager.
When did you know you wanted to work in the theater, and why?
I knew I wanted to work in the theatre back in high school because it was a way for me to constantly be creative without having the job become stale and boring....and I never have to wear a suit and tie! LOL
Complete this sentence: My show is the only one in FringeNYC that...?
My show is the only one in Fringe NYC that combines narrative, visuals, music, AND dance to tell a story and convey emotion.
What was the most memorable/funny/unusual thing that has happened during the development and rehearsal process for this show?
The most memorable thing for me has been seeing the piece develop from a duet, when I was first exposed to it, to a fully produced piece in Washington D.C. and being a part of that process.
Groucho, Chico, Harpo, or Zeppo?
All of them...in a berka.
Can theatre bring about societal change? Why or why not?
Yes, because theatre is an artistic comment on society and life. We only have to comment in our artistic and theatrical way and have our work be seen for discussion to commence. Love it or hate it, people will have their opinions and will voice them and that is the first step to societal change...discussion!
