What is your job on this show?
What is your show about?
Three women, one stage: love, sex, dating, marriage – what more could you want?
When did you know you wanted to work in the theater, and why?
From the very first play I saw in Junior High School I was hooked. I knew that I wanted to be in theatre and the arts in some form or fashion. It's amazing to be a part of something that moves people emotionally like no other business. I suppressed the urge for a long time and didn't pursue it until after business school...it's been full steam ahead every since.
Complete this sentence: My show is the only one opening in NYC this summer that...?
has 3 women talk about experiences on the tv show "Cheaters" and dating rap stars.
How did you meet your fellow artists/collaborators on this show?
I have worked with the other actresses Molly and Tamiko for years on numerous other projects, and I knew that I wanted to write something that was fun for the three of us. Writing and performing this show has been a great experience...I know these women so well so it was fun to incorporate some of their personalities.
Which “S” word best describes your show: SMOOTH, SEXY, SMART, SURPRISING?
Surprising! It's surprising that one show could be so smooth, sexy and smart and have broad appeal to both men and women.
If you had ten million dollars that you had to spend on theatrical endeavors, how would you use the money?
If I had ten million dollars, I would use it make theatre available for those who can not afford it. I would love to tour and go to cities that are underserved artistically and offer productions that anyone could come and see.
