What is your job on this show?
actor/director/designer.

What is your show about?
Four of Shakespeare's most colorful villains - Iago,Richard III, Claudius and Edmund - reveal their skullduggery in scenes and monologs.

When did you know you wanted to work in the theater, and why?
At the age of five, when I gave an impromptu performance of THE MIKADO'S SONG on the hearthstone of our fireplace at home. I'd never been so excited!

Who is more important in the theater: the actor, the playwright, or the director?
I think the greatest moments in theatrical history have been achieved when these functions have been combined -- as I have often combined then -- in one person!

How did you meet your fellow artists/collaborators on this show?
My brilliant co-star, Natalie Burgess, came to me through the graduate school at NYU, where my singing teacher is on the faculty.
