Billy Witch q&a preview by Seamus Mulcahy
October 15, 2012

What is your job on this show?

Where were you born? Where were you raised? Where did you go to school?
I was born on a military base in Okinawa Japan and grew up on Marine bases throughout the states. I later returned to Okinawa for high school at Kubasaki High. This past spring I graduated from the Yale School of Drama.

What are some of your previous theater credits? (Be specific! Name shows, etc.)
For the past three years my theater credits have been from the Yale School of Drama, however while I was there I played Peter at the Yale Rep's production of Romeo and Juliet, directed by Shana Cooper. Before YSD, I was in David Cromer's Our Town at the Barrow Street Theater. In fact, opening weekend of Our Town was callback weekend for actors at YSD, I had to miss callbacks and was certain that I blew my chances of getting into the school.

Why did you want to write/direct/produce/act in/work on this show?
The script to Billy Witch, by Gregory S Moss, is fantastically funny and fresh. When a play is unpredictable and challengingly fun for an actor I want to do it.

Which “S” word best describes your show: SMOOTH, SEXY, SMART, SURPRISING?
