Quest for the West: Adventures on the Oregon Trail! q&a preview by Steven Conroy
July 10, 2012

What is your job on this show?

When did you know you wanted to work in the theater, and why?
In first grade I was in a play called 'The Mitten.' I played The Mole. All I had to do was walk across the stage and tell people: "I am The Mole." It was way easier than running the bases at Little League. I still walk around at times telling people I am The Mole, but the fourth graders aren't clapping...

Complete this sentence: My show is the only one in FringeNYC that...?
I am in!

Do you think the audience will talk about your show for 5 minutes, an hour, or way into the wee hours of the night?
They will laugh so hard they will pee their pants, so they'll be talking about it for however long it takes their pants to dry. Hint: drink a lot of water before the show!

Groucho, Chico, Harpo, or Zeppo?
Chico! Cause who doesn't love chicken chasing?

Why should people come to FringeNYC this summer, rather than the beach, mountains, or the latest movie blockbuster?
Is the beach in your back yard? Are their mountains in Williamsburg? This is theatre being created right in your own city! The voices of your friends and co-workers are coming to the stage, and we want to engage you! Come talk with us, and be apart of some unique dialogues this summer! Plus, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES will be out way before then
